Thus, the aim ofsarvodya seva semiti education is to maximize the development of body, mind, emotion and conduct.
We all agree that literacy has an important role in nation
building. But we, at sarvodya seva semiti, regard the education of
virtues as more important than the education of literacy.
Education of virtues is value based. The values of the present day Indian
society are equality, liberty, fraternity, secularism, social justice
etc. These modern values integrating with ancient spiritual and
social values from the foundation of education at sarvodya seva
semiti. We aim to coordinate science and spiritualism so as to hasten the
process of modernization through education. Our education is thus
coordination-oriented.On one hand, sarvodya seva
semiti is in favour of 8 to 10 years compulsory general education to suit the basic nature of our society;
